I love that this his name is Lennon, I think it’s the cutest thing! Also, can we talk about how these boys are all SO cute. The oldest was 4, and the twins on either side of big brother were barely 3. There was a lot of corralling that took place but look how amazing these sibling photos turned out?! I want one more baby just to have a picture of my kids like that! I’m so glad they chose me to be their Greensboro Newborn Photographer to capture their 4 precious boys!
This was one of my favorite newborn sessions, I love how EVERY. SINGLE. PICTURE turned out! Little Freeman was born a month early and was itty bitty. I photographed his mom’s Greensboro Maternity Session and she was such a gorgeous mama (as you can tell from these pictures, too). I love when parents aren’t planning on being in pictures and are then BLOWN AWAY with how they turn out. It’s the best feeling and I LOVE hearing parents ooh and ahh over their photos. There were so many amazing photos of this group that Briana and I had a really hard time trying to narrow it down, when they look this good, how can you?!
I got the news of Carson’s birth shortly after his arrival. It was a very special, emotional text when I received the picture his mom sent of her crying holding her new baby. You see, his mom couldn’t have children so they met up with Carson’s birth mom who chose them to adopt her son very early in the first trimester. Erin has been one of my best friends since before elementary school and was always the rock start baby-sitter, most likely to be an amazing mother so it broke my heart when at a very young age she learned she would never be pregnant. It made it an extra emotional time because he was born on my son’s birthday (the day he turned 1).
These photos give me all the feels and bring out every raw, sensitive, loving, blessed, joyful heartfelt emotion there is.
I’m so grateful for adoption so these men and women who long to have children of their own have that opportunity they could never otherwise have.
I just love the photo of Erin kissing him and his smile. He is so clearly meant to be her son and the photos of them together completely pull at my heart strings in the best way!
Jenny has been one of my best friends since middle school so when I found out she was pregnant and that she wanted to come to me for newborn photos (from VA Beach) I was over the moon excited! She and her husband Brandon are the best parents a kid could ask for and I’m so excited to watch them love on baby Robert.
During the session even though my studio is very warm Brandon and Jenny were so cute and snuggly which just made my heart happy. Normally I don’t want to be near anyone when I’m hot!
Thank you for making the trip with your new little miracle, Jenny and Brandon!!
I don’t get twins very often, but when I do they make for some of my favorite pictures. I was thrilled when I got the e-mail from their mom asking if I had availability to photograph her twins she was pregnant with. It’s always a great idea to book your session during the second or early third trimester as I don’t always have room to fit people in last minute, unfortunately.
Photographing these two made me want to photograph twins all the time, the connection between them is just incredible. I always love watching twin newborns interact around each other and see how they respond to each other. They usually calm down when the other is near and I think it’s the sweetest thing!
Thank you for choosing me to to be your Greensboro Twin Newborn Photographer!
